Each week you’ll receive 3 custom workouts (based on your goals and fitness level) that can be viewed on a web browser or mobile device app. I know you’re busy, so you can complete these workouts on your own time in the comfort of your own home! But that doesn’t mean you can slack off. I’m here to keep you 100% accountable, checking in on you every step of the way.
We’ll start our journey together by setting up a 30 minute virtual meeting to go over your health history, goals, desires and needs. This will allow me to customize a workout plan made JUST FOR YOU! We’ll continue to meet for 15 minutes biweekly to celebrate you successes and any challenges or changes that need made along the way.
And it doesn’t stop there. You’ll have access to me throughout the week in the workout app. Not sure if you’re performing an exercise correctly? Send me a video, and I can check your form. You’re going out of town and need to change your schedule? No problem, shoot me a message and I’ll change up your weekly program.

What to eat can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be.
If you’re looking for a meal plan that you can print out and follow, then I’m not the coach for you. Why? Because everyone has different needs, preferences, goals, allergies… And what happens if you have a busy week and can’t meal prep or decide go out to eat?
Just like a workout, not one plan fits all. We will work together to unveil struggles and goals and come up with an action plan that's right for YOU to make healthy habits for a lifetime.
We’ll start our relationship with getting to know each other in a virtual 30 minute meeting. We’ll continue to meet virtually for 15 minutes on a weekly basis and have accountability check-ins and communication throughout the week via the app.
